I honestly believe that in a society that’s obsessed with productivity and achievement, choosing rest and play is a radical act.

Especially in a culture that equates rest with laziness and success with constant hard work. 

But what if we flipped it on it’s head and prioritised rest and play?!

Because you ARE important. And your needs are important too. 

So in today’s episode I’m sharing the importance of having a balance between rest, play and work and some practical steps you can take to start making space for relaxation and fun in your life.
